PROBLEM

How can a large hospital manage scattered internal processes and data across multiple unintegrated systems?

Many internal processes were previously handled through fragmented systems and manual workflows, making it difficult to monitor KPIs, access information efficiently, and maintain consistency across departments.

SOLUTION

Problem definition and feature mapping

Problem Definition & Feature Mapping

Conducted internal surveys and stakeholder discussions to identify key operational pain points, then translated findings into clearly defined features aligned with hospital workflows.

Sprint-Based Design Execution

Developed the system iteratively across 3 Scrum sprints, delivering 3+ core business processes and 50+ UI pages. I was responsible for translating feature ideas into information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

Sprint-based development and system design
Usability testing and iteration

Client Testing & Iterative Refinement

Conducted usability reviews with internal stakeholders and iterated the design through multiple feedback cycles to ensure clarity, usability, and alignment with real operational needs.

REFLECTION

Working on SIMETRI gave me hands-on experience designing a complex internal system for a large-scale hospital environment. This project strengthened my ability to take ownership of end-to-end UI/UX execution, collaborate with real industry stakeholders, and translate complex business processes into structured, usable digital solutions.

This project is an internal system and not publicly accessible.
