PROBLEM
The traditional operational cash advance process relies heavily on physical documents and informal communication, creating risks of lost data, slow manual reconciliation, and a lack of transparency for both employees and the finance team.
SOLUTION

Researched cash advance and loan flows within companies alongside cross-divisional role analysis. Authored the PRD, mapped end-to-end user flows, and established 4 core cash advance features.
Built a comprehensive design system for the product's identity-including color tokens, typography, components, and tables-and developed high-fidelity, interactive Figma prototypes covering all major user scenarios.

Built interactive Figma prototypes covering all major user scenarios from role: employee as requester, managers approval, and finance approval.
REFLECTION
This project sharpened my ability to design complex enterprise internal tools, particularly handling multi-step approval logic, financial reconciliation workflows, and clear status tracking. I learned how to translate cumbersome manual operational processes into streamlined, user-friendly digital experiences.
This project was developed as part of my final project showcase at Ukirama.
