PROBLEM
How can rural communities efficiently access local information and services through a single, easy-to-use digital platform?
In rural areas, access to public information and services is often limited by manual processes and fragmented communication channels. This results in inefficiencies, low service transparency, and challenges for residents in participating in civic activities.
SOLUTION
PRD-Based Design
Executed more than 30+ Pages UI design based on predefined product requirements and tight timelines, balancing usability, feasibility, and clarity.
User-Centered Design (UCD)
Applied a user-centered design approach to ensure accessibility and usability for rural communities with diverse digital literacy levels.
Prototype & Design System
Developed a high-fidelity prototype with a clear, structured flow, aligned with a scalable design system and supported by 10+ reusable UI components to ensure consistency, efficiency, and smooth implementation.
REFLECTION
This project strengthened my ability to translate diverse requirements and feature ideas into scalable UI designs, with a strong focus on usability for users in rural communities.
